Consumer Protection Mechanism

 

Regarding the Agreement on the provision of financial services:

• • The consumer of the financial service has the right to withdraw from the contract until the moment of its actual signing, as well as in other cases defined by the standard contracts published on the official website of CAR INVEST UKRAINE LLC.
• • Applications, questionnaires and other documents submitted by the consumer of a financial service as an intention to conclude a contract on the provision of a financial service are not an obligation of the consumer of a financial service to conclude a contract. The consumer of the financial service has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before concluding such a contract.
• • The term of the contract for the provision of a financial service is established by agreement between CAR INVEST UKRAINE LLC and the consumer of the financial service individually, in accordance with the rules for the provision of financial services approved by CAR INVEST UKRAINE LLC, the selected conditions of the specified financial service and/or on the basis of legislative acts, which may provide for the establishment of the minimum period of validity of the agreement on the provision of financial services, as well as the possibilities and conditions for extending its period of validity.
• • The client has the right to terminate the contract or to terminate the contract, the right to early execution of the contract, as well as the consequences of such actions: The validity of the contract for the provision of financial services may be terminated early at the request of the consumer of the financial service.

The Lessee is obliged to notify the institution of the intention to prematurely terminate the contract for the provision of financial services in accordance with the procedure specified in the contract for the provision of financial services, but not later than 5 working days before the date of early termination of such a contract, unless otherwise provided for in the contract. In case of early termination of the financial service contract, at the request of the consumer of the financial service, he is obliged to:

• • Fulfill all your duties and obligations under the financial leasing contract and return the leased object to the lessor within 3 (three) working days from the moment of termination of such contract in the condition in which it was accepted for use.
• • Amendments and additions to contracts for the provision of financial services are possible only with the mutual written consent of CAR INVEST UKRAINE LLC and the consumer of the financial service and are executed by concluding an additional agreement/agreement on amendments and additions to the contract for the provision of financial services and signed by the parties.
• • It is impossible to increase the fixed tariffs for the provision of financial services under contracts for the provision of financial services without the written consent of the consumer of the financial service. Tariffs are changed in the manner provided for in the contract for the provision of financial services, the conclusion of an additional agreement/agreement on amendments and additions to the contract for the provision of financial services between KAR INVEST UKRAINE LLC and the consumer of the financial service.
